Lovers of "champagne" bubbles beware! We bring you a sparkling wine, made by the traditional method- Méthode traditionnelle, produced directly in the winery TOKAJ MACIK WINERY .
Made by secondary fermentation in the bottle. Excellent sparkling wines have been named after what we love. 
SIMONI- the meaning of the word does not have to look far, but directly in the vineyard on the hills of VÝSLŇ and PRAHNISKO, located on SIMON'S HILL, the historical hill of SIMONI. It was here that we were planting a new vineyard when the second son of Jara and Erika was born and named after this historic hill- Simon.   

Simoni has a rich mousse that is the colors of the autumn sun in Tokaj. It will appeal to you with a ripe, typical honey-lime aroma with traces of minerals and spices. A pleasant fullness with natural flavours of Tokaj grapes and lime tea with a subtle pearl on the palate will appeal to many a sparkling wine connoisseur. The aftertaste shows a harmonious interplay of Tokaj acids and the sensitively dosage sweetness of the dosage liqueur with traces of raisins.
